Never have I had such an enjoyable and refreshing vacation. El Jardin is a wonderland of beautiful plants (I ‘ve never seen a pineapple actually being grown), amazing views (we could see the manta rays right off of our deck in the Eagle’s Nest), funny looking iguanas, sweet cats, great breakfasts (thanks Chrissi!) and delightful people (thanks Yelapa!).
